Quality & documentation

How We Protect Every Shipment

Operating as a reliable export partner from India, we ensure professional handling of sourcing, quality, and international shipments. This page sets out exactly how material is checked before it loads and which documents travel with your consignment.

Quality process

Checks before your container loads

Written specification

Every order is contracted against an agreed specification covering grade, moisture, purity, foreign matter and packing. Nothing is left to interpretation at loading.

Verification at origin

Material is checked against that specification at the processing unit before packing, not after the container has been sealed.

Sample approval

Pre-shipment samples are couriered against a confirmed enquiry. No order is contracted until the sample is approved in writing.

Every shipment
